Questions
How do I turn Pro on?
Buy it on the website and we email you a licence key. In Yonto, open Settings, then Yonto Pro, and enter the key. On a television you can enter a code on your phone instead.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once.
How many devices can I use it on?
Up to 5 of your own at the same time, across every Yonto app. If you reach the limit, remove a device on your account page and try again.
Does Pro need the internet?
Pro is checked on your device, so it keeps working offline. Yonto checks in with the licence service from time to time, and a device that cannot reach it keeps Pro.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying, for any reason. Reply to Paddle’s receipt or email support@yonto.app.
What happens if I am refunded?
The licence is revoked, and Pro turns off the next time Yonto checks in with the licence service. Yonto goes back to Free: one source of your own, and installing plugins needs Pro again. Plugins you already installed keep working and updating.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, who sells Pro to you as the merchant of record and handles sales tax. We never see your card.
Does Pro include any content?
No. Yonto provides no content, and Pro is the price of the app.
